Feltham Commercial Coachworks was formed on 4 March 1964 at Fern Grove, Feltham, Middlesex, as a partnership with 4 partners and 2 employees to construct, paint and repair commercial vehicle bodies, and by 1966 the company, now limited, had expanded to five employees. The company continued to expand and later on during the sixties moved to premises on Hanworth Airpark, Hanworth, Middlesex.

In 1971 the company moved to a purpose built factory, its present address. The staff now comprise of 14 production workers, one secretary and two directors.

Throughout its history Feltham Commercial Coachworks Ltd has persued a policy of supplying the trade, ie. Commercial vehicle main dealers, with custom built commercial vehicle bodies and through these outlets have constructed bodies for many leading companies, inlcuding DHL International, London Transport Distribution Services, Pioneer Radio, Dorothy Perkins, Horne Brothers, Britsh Airways, and many others. Additionally, spare parts and materials are supplied to local transport companies and repairers.

The company is committed to future growth and continued excellence, during August1991, achieved certification to BS 5750 Part 2, and are currently updating to the new ISO9000: 2000 certification.

The company tries to keep up to date with new material specifications, and many different weight saving build characteristics are offered to the end user to allow better payloads.

Many of our staff are recruited as school leavers, and fully trained both on the job and at Brooklands college, where they gain both NVQ's and City & Guilds. All senior staff have been tested to BS4871: Part 1: 1982 for welding.
